We’re here to make your tableware rental experience seamless and stress-free! Below, you’ll find answers to some of the most common questions about our services, inventory, and rental process. We even do the washing up!

  • How does the rental work?
    Make contact with us so that we may assist you in choosing the appropriate tableware for your needs. When you are ready send us an email or contact us direct and we can send you a proposal that outlines the items you are interested in renting. We will confirm your tableware rental with a signed rental agreement along with a non-refundable 50% deposit. Final payment is due 7 days before the date of your event.
  • Do you offer delivery?
    We offer delivery. Delivery fees are based on order size and delivery location. We serve southern Minnesota.
  • Can I pick up my order?
    Yes, you may pick up and drop off at a mutually agreed time for no additional fee.
  • Is there a minimum order amount?
    There is a minimum order of $100.
  • What is the rental period?
    Proposals are based on a 48hr hire but we are happy to quote for longer terms.
  • Who does the dishes?
    All rented tableware is cleaned and sanitized prior to your event. This is included in the rental price. After your event all tableware and flatware must be scraped and rinsed of food prior to packing in their original containers. Glasses must be emptied. We do all the washing up.
  • What happens if an item is broken, damaged or missing?
    Damages, breakages and losses will be charged at replacement costs. The replacement cost will be listed in the proposal. Clients are responsible for the security of all rental items from the time of delivery/collection until the equipment is collected or returned.
  • What if I don’t see what I need?
    Our range of stock is growing constantly. Anything that is not shown please contact us direct to see if we can source if for you.
